Great service and they treated us with much respect, more like family. These guys worked many hours and late into the night. It even rained off and on. We are 100% satisfied with our unit and the job they done. We will always use AirMax for all our heat and air needs in the future. They are not over priced and very professional.
We have been preferred customers with Air Max for years - which includes HVAC system tune-ups twice a year and priority service calls. Dale, Garrett and Mike have never failed us.
As it turns out, there was a pinhole leak in the line going into the compressor. No coolant was left in the system! Dale had left town for Easter weekend, and Garrett wasn't certified for braising. What to do?
Rusty Tensfield from Rusty's Heating and Cooling was nearby, and he dropped what he was doing to drive over and seal the leak. He could have said "no" to his competitor... instead, he graciously cooperated, teaming up to get the job done and restore our system before the weekend started. THAT'S TOTAL CLASS.
Kudos to both of them - Rusty for the weld job at a moment's notice and AirMax for doing whatever it took to get the job done. We're customers for life.
For the past few days it's been hot in the house. We had the system cranked down to 65° and it was still mid-70s inside. AirMax to the rescue! They squeezed us into the calendar for Friday and got right to us.
